Workshop Objectives
Help you understand bystander psychology and psychological safety, and how both can show up in you and others.
Empower you to demonstrate respectful allyship and support for women in your workplace.
Provide you with practical, behavioural skills to role-model and inspire cultural change in your workplace.
The session has an interactive format. It is a safe space for dialogue, coaching and observation practice, using forum theatre and working with our experienced roleplayers and theatre-led learning facilitator.

Sally Dellow is an Executive Coach and Facilitator specialising in Leadership Development, Inter-cultural Teams and Communication. She has lived in Hong Kong for over 30 years, designing and delivering work from Melbourne to Mumbai. Thousands of hours of coaching experience inform Sally’s human-centred coaching practice.
