This photo exhibition titled “Transcendence Journey: Incarnation of Charm and Elegance” is organised by the students from CCHU9007: Sexuality and Gender: Diversity and Society and produced by the Association of World Citizens Hong Kong and photographer Candy Yeung. It features portrait photos of 11 transgender people in Hong Kong. Through this exhibition dedicated to the transgender community, we hope to share the stories of our guests coming from all walks of life.
This exhibition is organized by the HKU Common Core and the Gender Studies Programme, School of Humanities, hosted by the HKU Libraries, with the support of the Faculty of Arts' Committee on GenderEquality and Diversity, and the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau.
